This article deals with the requirements for cross-media in the video playout so that it can be implemented centrally, which consequently will minimize the effort within a broadcasting facility. Redundant central playouts reduce transmission errors and reduce the need for staff training. Furthermore, this contribution explores how this system can automate key national and regional broadcast operations, national and regional studios as well as live, time-based event streaming and remote production.
Jens Gnad: Der Artikel beschäftigt sich mit den Anforderungen an Crossmedialität im Bereich der Videoausspielung, damit diese zentral realisiert werden kann, was infolgedessen den Aufwand beim Sender minimieren soll. Redundante zentrale Ausspielungen reduzieren Sendefehler und verringern den Schulungsaufwand beim Personal. Des Weiteren wird beleuchtet, wie dieses zentrale System nationale und regionale Sendeabläufe, nationale und regionale Studios sowie Live, zeitbasiertes Event-Streaming und Remote-Produktion automatisieren kann.
