The focus of this contribution is the description of a project to provide a functional expansion of the existing media asset management system at Bayerischer Rundfunk. The author discusses several versions of the MAM system before presenting the requirements and solution concepts. The project's progress and current status are described, followed by a forward look at stages of the MAM system's development.
Wolfgang Englmaier: Den Schwerpunkt des Beitrags bildet die Beschreibung eines Projekts, das eine „Funktionserweiterung“des bestehenden MAM-Systems beim BR zum Ziel hatte. Ausgehend von der Motivation und den Hintergründen des Projekts wird auf Fassungen im MAM-System eingegangen, es werden die Anforderungen sowie Lösungskonzepte vorgestellt, der Projektverlauf und der aktuelle Projektstand skizziert sowie ein Ausblick auf sich abzeichnende Ausbaustufen von MAM-Systemen gegeben.
