The sixth LED professional Symposium +Expo opened its doors on September 20th, in Bregenz, Austria. About 1,500 lighting professionals and over 100 exhibitors took part in Europe’s foremost lighting conference and exhibition. Experts from academia and industry, including Prof. Shuji Nakamura, Nobel Laureate in Physics 2014, discussed cutting edge findings and explored new technologies and applied them to business models and use cases in applications.
With around 191,000 visitors photokina, the leading tradeshow for photography, video and imaging came to an end. 983 exhibitors from 42 countries convinced a trade public and private visitors alike with a large number of product innovations covering all areas of the imaging workflow.

photokina 2016: „Imaging Unlimited“: Leitmesse setzt neues Konzept um
Mit rund 191.000 Besuchern aus 133 Ländern ist die photokina, Weltleitmesse für Foto, Video und Imaging, zu Ende gegangen. Nach Angaben der Veranstalter präsentierten 983 Aussteller aus 42 Ländern (davon 69% aus dem Ausland) Fachpublikum und Privatbesuchern eine Vielzahl an Produktneuheiten aus allen Bereichen des Imaging-Workflows.
