This paper describes a touch-based control system based on laser radar technology. The author explains components and functionality of the so called radarTouch system and outlines possible application examples. The system was developed in the framework of a bachelor thesis at the Information, Media & Electronics faculty of the University of Applied Sciences Cologne (part of the Institute for Media & Photo Technology).
T. Schwirten: Das im Beitrag vorgestellte Multitouchsystem basiert auf einem Laser-Radar. Der Autor geht auf die Bestandteile und Funktionen des sogenannten radar Touch-Systems ein und beschreibt mögliche Anwendungsbeispiele. Entwickelt wurde das System im Rahmen einer Bachelorarbeit an der Fakultät für Informations-, Medien- und Elektrotechnik der Fachhochschule Köln im Institut für Medien- und Phototechnik.
