W. Verhelst; P. Soens: An der Freien Universität Brüssel, Abteilung für Elektrotechnik und IT, wurde eine Software für „Automatic Dialogue Replacement“ (ADR) entwickelt. Solche Werkzeuge werden bei der Tonsynchronisation in der Nachbearbeitung eingesetzt. Die Software ermöglicht die Bearbeitung einer Studiotonspur, die Messung der Zeitrelation zur Originaltonspur des am Filmset aufgezeichneten Tons und die Kompensierung von Lippensynchronisationsfehlern. Es werden der Systemaufbau, die Funktionen und Anwendungsbeispiele der für eine lippensynchrone Wiedergabe erforderlichen Nachbearbeitungsschritte vorgestellt.
At the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, department of electronics and informatics, software was developed for Automatic Dialogue Replacement (ADR), a well-known post-production process in the audio- for-video industry. The software allows editing of a studio soundtrack, measuring its timing relationship with the original soundtrack recorded on the film set and compensating for the lipsynchronization errors by time-scaling the studio soundtrack accordingly. The output is a highquality, natural sounding synthesized signal precisely synchronized with the lip movements in the accompanying motion picture.
