ISO 9001:2008 is the international standard for quality management within an enterprise. The Cologne-based post-production company ACT has now aquired an appropriate certificate. While these certificates are the industry standard for reputable companies, the definition and monitoring of quality management standards for media companies is still the exception. CEO Robert Groß reports on a process that stretched over three years.
