The article describes the implementation and architecture of DFL´s Media Library. Over 48 years of soccer history are being collected from various German broadcasters and IPR holders and ingested into a MAM System. Beside archived content also live content as well as metadata from logging feeds or game specific information will be imported, too. Content of all football games can be found down to sequence level and browsed in a proxy player. With the help of a web portal content can also be transcoded into other requested formats and downloaded. The contribution provides a brief overview of the installation.
Arne Stüven; Reinhard E.Wagner: Die Implementierung und der Aufbau der Media-Library für die DFL resultiert in das Deutsche Fußball-Archiv, in dem über 48 Jahre Fußballgeschichte zusammengetragen und in ein MAM-System eingespielt wurden. Neben Archivinhalten werden in diesem System auch alle zukünftigen Bilder und Metadaten wie Logging- und Spielinformationen importiert. Damit lassen sich bis auf Sequenzebene Inhalte von allen Fußballspielen adhoc auffinden und darstellen. Über ein Portal lassen sich Inhalte in weitere gewünschte Proxyformate transcodieren und abrufen. Im Beitrag wird das Gesamtprojekt vorgestellt.
