Job description:
  • Responsible for the global CPO Business for high-end Camera Systems and Lighting products, e.g. revenue goals, resources, marketing as well as leading the CPO team
  • Strategic development of the program globally to ensure sustainable growth
  • Development and execution of targeted national and international Trade-in / Trade-up promotions by observing used product market as well as determining purchase and sales prices
  • Manage ARRI’s EMEAI demo product pool while initiating and steering strategic ARRI demo product rotation
  • Interface to all relevant departments at ARRI, i.e. Finance, Service, Logistics, SCM, Sales, Marketing, including ARRI’s subsidiaries
  • Ensure best business practice in EMEAI region and homogenize global processes
  • Actively support EMEAI CPO Team with daily business, e.g. customer request, sales coordination, etc
Requirements:
  • Completed studies or training in sales, media management, media technology or similar
  • Proven Business Management skills and experience as well as strong sales background
  • Leadership experience
  • Affinity for the film and media industry
  • Knowledge of the professional high-end camera systems and/or lighting products, e.g. in film equipment or rental business is a plus
  • Highly customer and solution orientated as well as excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and English
