- Responsible for the global CPO Business for high-end Camera Systems and Lighting products, e.g. revenue goals, resources, marketing as well as leading the CPO team
- Strategic development of the program globally to ensure sustainable growth
- Development and execution of targeted national and international Trade-in / Trade-up promotions by observing used product market as well as determining purchase and sales prices
- Manage ARRI’s EMEAI demo product pool while initiating and steering strategic ARRI demo product rotation
- Interface to all relevant departments at ARRI, i.e. Finance, Service, Logistics, SCM, Sales, Marketing, including ARRI’s subsidiaries
- Ensure best business practice in EMEAI region and homogenize global processes
- Actively support EMEAI CPO Team with daily business, e.g. customer request, sales coordination, etc
- Completed studies or training in sales, media management, media technology or similar
- Proven Business Management skills and experience as well as strong sales background
- Leadership experience
- Affinity for the film and media industry
- Knowledge of the professional high-end camera systems and/or lighting products, e.g. in film equipment or rental business is a plus
- Highly customer and solution orientated as well as excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in German and English
